What We Don't Do!
At Real Wood Furniture (UK) Ltd we don't try and dazzle our customers with pretty pictures only to then hand over an inferior piece of furniture. We don't supply your product flat-packed unless sold specifically as a flat-pack item. We don't take money off you before you have recieved your product and we don't stop caring about our customers the moment they have paid for their furniture.
We don't sell veneered products and we don't sell products thrown together with MDF. We don't supply furniture that will start to fall apart after a few months, and we don't sell furniture that will lose its appeal after a short period of time.

At Real Wood Furniture (UK) Ltd we DO show you care and attention from the moment you walk into one of our showrooms and we DO listen to what you want and we DO aim to help you find the furniture you want. Our salesman DO give you honest and expert advice so that you find the most suitable piece of furniture for your needs.
We DO supply all of our furniture fully built so that there is no need for you to struggle with assembly. We DO supply solid wood, real wood furniture that will not only stand the test of time but will prove to be an investment as today's furniture becomes an antique of tomorrow. We DO sell furniture that is both practical and beautiful.
We DO care about your furniture after it leaves our showroom, so we DO use our own delivery service to transport your furniture to you with care and we DO take it into your home and put it where you want and not just inside the front door. We DO take apart wardrobes that wont fit up your stairs and we DO re-assemble them before we leave.
Finally, being real people selling real wood, sometimes, very occasionally, we DO make mistakes. However, when that happens we DO put them right and we DO make sure that the customer is never forgotten about because we DO believe that good service will result in customers coming back again and again and also telling their friends and neighbours what a good service we DO provide.

As well as supplying the furniture trade's leading brand names in solid pine, oak and beech furniture, we specialise in custom made and made to measure furniture. Our fully trained craftsmen manufacture quality furniture to suit any home, uniquely designed to meet any requirement, no matter how big or small.
The custom made and made to measure furniture is stained to a finish of your choice to provide an antique look or a modern feel. Made from solid timber, with dovetailed joints and tongued and grooved backs, your hand finished furniture will not only give you a lifetime of service but will provide you with a real investment to hand down from generation to generation.
As all of our furniture is made from real, solid wood, grain marks and knots are considered to be a feature of our furniture. Graining and knots are an inherent part of real wood. These do not in any way detract from the quality of your furniture.
Our craftsmen finish your products to the highest standards and endeavour to achieve as close a colour match as possible during the staining process. Working with real wood means that there may be very small variations in each piece. This is a character of real wood furniture, but we will endeavour to keep all differences to an absolute minimum.
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, or if we have failed to live up to our usual high standards then we offer a no quibble guarantee to replace your product. Experience has taught us, however, that this is rarely the case due to the high quality of our products and the high level of care shown to every order received.
